What we collect
Channel owners: your email address, the name and content of your site, the predictions and results you publish, and your connected Telegram channel.
Followers who use a Mini App: your numeric Telegram ID, your Telegram username and display name (as Telegram provides them), which channel owners' Mini Apps you opened, and — if you buy premium access — your pass history and the payment record the channel owner enters (amount, asset and transaction ID). We do not collect your card or wallet details; payments happen outside Playbook Today.
How it's used
- To show you content and check whether your premium pass is active.
- To let the channel owner whose Mini App you opened see who you are and manage your access.
- To send you messages you'd expect from the bot: your Telegram ID when you start it, confirmation that a pass is active, a notice when it expires.
- To keep an auditable record of results, payments and access changes.
Who sees it
The channel owner whose Mini App you open sees your Telegram ID, username, display name and pass history with them — not with other channel owners. We use infrastructure providers to run the service (hosting, database, file storage and Telegram itself). We don't sell personal data.
Deleting your data
Send /deletemydata to the Playbook Today bot in a private chat and follow the confirmation step. Your username and display name are cleared, you're removed from every channel owner's follower list, and queued messages to you are cancelled. Financial and integrity records are never deleted; they are anonymized where possible. Payment records, premium pass history and the audit log are kept, because businesses must keep financial records and because the public track record depends on them. They contain no name — only internal IDs and your numeric Telegram ID. If you open a Mini App again afterwards you start as a new visitor.
Retention
Account and content data is kept while the account is active. Payment, pass and audit records are kept as described above. Short-lived technical records (such as rate-limit counters and finished message jobs) are cleared automatically.
