Terms of Service

1. What Playbook Today is

Playbook Today provides software that lets sports tipsters ("channel owners") publish predictions and slips, keep a public track record, and share them through a website, a Telegram channel and a Telegram Mini App. We provide tools. We do not place bets, hold anyone's stake, or take part in the payments between channel owners and their followers.

2. Predictions are opinions

Everything published through Playbook Today is the opinion of the channel owner. Nothing is a guarantee, an offer, or financial or betting advice. You can lose money betting. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, set limits for yourself, and don't chase losses. If gambling is a problem for you, seek help from a support service in your country.

3. Channel owners

• You are responsible for everything you publish, for your odds and results being accurate, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules on tipping or betting services where you operate.
• You must follow Telegram's terms of service and the rules of any bookmaker or platform you mention.
• New accounts are reviewed. We may refuse, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
• Your track record is built to be transparent: results are recorded against the version of a pick as it was published, and corrections are kept alongside the original. You can't delete a result that has been recorded.
• If you sell premium access, you set the prices and terms, you verify payments yourself, and you are responsible for your own refund and tax obligations. Playbook Today is not a party to those sales.

4. Followers

If you open a channel owner's Mini App, the owner can see your Telegram ID, username and display name, and any premium pass you hold with them. Your relationship, including any purchase, is with the channel owner. See our Privacy Notice for how to delete your data.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available, and Telegram outages are outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell channel owners.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Playbook Today is not liable for betting losses, for the accuracy of any channel owner's predictions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Contact
